RTE Uttarakhand Admission 2025-26: Age Criteria.

The admission age criteria for Pre-KG, LKG, UKG, and Class-1 in Uttarakhand for the academic year 2025-26 dictate that children aspiring to enroll in Pre-Primary classes (Nursery, LKG, UKG), and Class 01 must adhere to specific age guidelines determined by their date of birth. The prescribed age criteria are outlined as follows:

For Pre-Primary (Nursery), children should have turned 3 years old by 31st March 2025 (born between 01st April 2021 and 31st March 2022).

For Pre-Primary (LKG), children should have turned 4 years old by 31st March 2025 (born between 01st April 2020 and 31st March 2021).

For Pre-Primary (UKG), children should have turned 5 years old by 31st March 2025 (born between 01st April 2019 and 31st March 2020).

For Class 01, children should have turned 6 years old by 31st March 2025 (born between 01st April 2018 and 31st March 2019).

The income of the family of the student does not have to be more than Rs 55000 per annum.
